When we enter your home we will have a conversation before hand to set expectations and precaution guidelines. Our team will enter with a mask face covering and gloves. If you require anything in addition to that just let us know! We are working from home currently and we are practicing social distancing per the CDC guidelines. We will always give the option to meet virtually or over the phone. We are taking this very seriously and are doing everything we can to keep you safe!
How We Are Able To Serve You
While many businesses and areas are closed, there are still many ways we can serve you! Our typical process starts off with a phone call, so that part of our process will still be available. We will do our best to help you over the phone! We’re happy to learn about your needs, buying or selling goals, and your situation! We also have been able to set up video calls where we are able to conduct home walkthroughs via Zoom, Google Meet, or FaceTime! We are evening offering our clients the ability to sign contracts online with Docusign!
What You Can Do To Help
A few more tips. Avoid any individuals outside of your family from coming in to your home for repairs or maintenance. Of course, if there is an emergency that requires immediate attention then please be certain that your visitor is using personal protective equipment and that you practice social distancing. Be sure to sterilize your house on a regular basis, especially if a repairman or other professional comes into your home to provide a service. If you feel sick in any way including fever, cough, lightheadedness, or the loss of taste or smell please contact a medical professional and get tested. It is also important to stay home and social distance from everyone until you can be diagnosed.
